How can I order?
All of our garments are made-to-order, which means that we do not have any ready-made dresses available for purchase.
Our catalogues for Modern and Bridal Filipiñana are available to be purchased through our website by simple adding it to your cart.
For our intricate Bridal Collections and Couture/Custom, we have a by-application process which allows us to get to know you and your dream dress so we can provide a solution that is suitable for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide! Our shipping fees are as follows:
free shipping within New Zealand
$25USD to Australia
$50USD to United States and rest of the world.

What is your returns policy?
As a made-to order brand, we only accept returns where the dresses are faulty, wrong size and damaged.
We do not accept responsibility for the changing of a client’s mind.
Product Care
Please handle the dresses with care as the fabrics are soft and delicate.
Handwashing and dry cleaning is advised for the longevity of the dresses.
Do you make Plus Size?
The beauty of made to order is it can be made exactly to your measurements!
We understand that a universal sizing does not fit all and we would like to make garments for real bodies.
Please use our size guide as a reference but if you’re unsure which size you are or you cannot see your size on the guide, do not hesitate to contact us.
I’m not sure what I want…
You are not the only one! With all the options and designs in the world, (not to mention all the pressure) it can get overwhelming to choose which exactly is the dream dress for you.
A big part of us helping you is painting a picture of your dream dress through our conversations, your mood boards, etc.
From our experience, most brides actually already knows deep down what they want, but they need help sorting through the noise and reassurance that they would look beautiful on those designs.
I’m not Filipina but my Fiance’s Filipino, can I wear a Filipiñana?
Definitely! We are more than happy to help you express your appreciation and honor for your soon-to-be-spouse and family’s culture.
We’ve helped non-Filipina brides surprise their Filipino fiancé's either with their ceremony dress or reception dress and we’re always so excited to share our Philippine culture with such a meaningful purpose.
How long does it take to finish a dress?
Production period depends on the intricacy of the design. The production timeframes are included in the information for our Modern Filipiniana Catalogues. Please be advised to place your order with an appropriate timeframe before your event.
For couture or custom made garments, we require a minimum of 3 months lead time so we are able to prepare and provide a high quality service without rushing.
If you need the dress by an earlier date, we will be happy to assist you and be as flexible as we can.
What are the price range?
The final price is dependent on the final design. There are no hidden costs and all of the quotes and payment methods are discussed during a consultation prior to moving forward.
For couture or custom designs, we request to learn more about you and what you’re looking for to provide the best solution that is suitable for your needs and budget.
Please note that all of the prices in the website are in U.S Dollars unless automatically converted to your country’s currency.
What is the payment process?
For our bridal collection and custom dream dresses, we provide the following investment plans:
A unique monthly investment plan that works within your timeframe (typically from the month we had a consultation to 2 months before your wedding date).

I’m scared my dream dress won’t fit me…
This is a valid concern. We understand that some brides have body/fitness goals. Our goal is to help you create your dream dress with this in mind. Here are ways we make sure this won’t happen:

We have had numerous brides who we’ve never met in person fit their dream dresses perfectly because of our open communication with their fitness goals and our special techniques in the atelier.
There have been times when our brides find out that they are expecting a few months before their big day!
At the end of the day, we want to make sure that our brides are happy and supported in the process and leading up to their once in a lifetime moment.
