How can I order a dress?
All our pieces are made-to-order. We offer two ways to begin:
Modern Filipiñana Catalogues can be ordered directly through our website.
Bridal and Couture Gowns begin with a short application so we can understand your vision and recommend the best path forward. These gowns are more intricate and require 1:1 care.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Free shipping within New Zealand
$25 USD to Australia
$50 USD to the US and the rest of the world

What’s your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our gowns, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Product Care
Please handle the dresses with care as the fabrics are soft and delicate.
Handwashing and dry cleaning is advised for the longevity of the dresses.
Do you offer plus-size options?
Yes! Our gowns are made to your exact measurements — not standard sizes.
We celebrate real bodies and will guide you with sizing and fit every step of the way.
We do offer a standard size chart as a helpful guide, but ultimately, final measurements are provided by the client to ensure the best fit possible. If you're unsure, we're here to assist you throughout the process.

The brides we work with usually have some level of vision and decision-making ability. They may not have every detail figured out, but they know what they love and are ready to co-create with intention.
Through thoughtful conversation, mood boards, and our expertise, we’ll help bring that vision to life. However, it can be challenging to support a bride who isn’t sure how to be helped — clarity, even in its early stages, is key to a successful and fulfilling journey together.
I’m not Filipina — can I still wear a Filipiñana gown?
Yes, and we’d be honored to dress you.
Many of our non-Filipina brides choose to honor their partner’s heritage through their gown — and it’s always a meaningful and beautiful tribute.
Do I need to have a venue or date booked to start?
Not necessarily! If you have a target timeframe and a clear vision, you're welcome to begin the application and consultation process. Early planning gives us more room for creativity and flexibility during production.
That said, we do encourage having a venue and date secured. From our experience, the venue really anchors your overall wedding planning — and ultimately, we want to build and design your dream gown on something solid and certain.
Why do I need to apply before a consultation?
Our application helps us ensure we’re the right fit — and prepares us to offer tailored guidance. Because we only take on a limited number of brides per season, this step ensures you receive the dedicated care you deserve.
How long does it take to make my gown?
Our timelines vary depending on the style:
Modern Catalogues have shorter timelines (please refer to each listing).
Bridal & Couture Gowns require a minimum of 6 months.
However, we highly encourage brides to book at least 12 months in advance. This allows time for thoughtful preparation — from design development and fabric sourcing to fittings and the creation of your dream gown.
If your wedding is approaching soon, don’t worry — reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you within your timeline.
What are the investment costs?
Pricing depends on the design, structure, and intricacy.
Our bridal packages typically starts at:
$3,000 USD – Ceremony or Reception gown
$4,000 USD – Convertible design
$10,000 USD+ – Couture package (bride & bridal party)
Every bride is unique. Your final quote is shared during a 1:1 consultation based on your needs and preferences.
What are the payment options?
We offer flexible investment plans designed to support you:
Custom monthly plans — available for up to 3 months
One-time full investment
A first deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your place in our limited production calendar.
What if my dress won’t fit?
That’s a common worry — and we’ve perfected the process to support you:
Personalized measurement support + video guides
Signature corsetry built into most gowns for adjustability
Open communication about fitness or body changes (including pregnancy!)
Virtual fittings and mock-ups before final creation

I need to speak to my partner/family first…
Of course — we fully respect your process. You're welcome to bring your fiancé or a loved one into the consultation, so they can better understand the value, timeline, and intention behind your dream gown.
To ensure we create a magical, efficient, and respectful experience, we kindly ask that all key decision-makers be present during the consultation. This helps us move forward with clarity and confidence — and make the most of our time together.
That said, we recommend keeping your circle small — too many voices can create confusion and overwhelm during what should be a joyful and focused experience.
